Talent Development Specialist - Granite City, IL

iSuite L.L.C is seeking a qualified professional to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Development Specialist located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. The Talent Development Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies related to employee engagement, improving company culture, employee well-being, and retention. This involves overseeing various aspects of Talent Development including onboarding, employee learning and development, and performance management. Primary Responsibilities for iSuite’s Talent Development Specialist include:

·        Support the full lifecycle of Talent Development. This will include onboarding, career development, succession planning, learning and development, performance management, and workforce retention.

·        Managing the employee onboarding experience to ensure the smooth integration of new employees into the organization. This includes preparing the developing onboarding schedules, gathering the necessary paperwork, conducting onboarding sessions, and collaborating with the Onboarding Committee to develop effective and personalized onboarding experiences for all types of employees.

·        Manage departmental projects and initiatives to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.

·        Develop and manage performance management initiatives, developing tools and resources to drive performance and a feedback culture.

·        Serve as a resource to employees, provide career coaching conversations and assist employees with developmental goal setting for career growth.

·        Collaborate with company leaders and the Training team to identify key learning and development opportunities.

·        Develop strategies to maintain and enhance our existing company culture, ensuring that our core values and principles are upheld across all departments and levels.

·        Create initiatives and events that foster a sense of community, collaboration, and connection across all office locations and divisions.

Primary Qualifications for iSuite’s Talent Development Specialist include:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

·        2 – 5 years of experience as a Talent Development Specialist or a similar role.

·        Possessing exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

·        Overall strong computer skills. Performing efficiently in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

·        Possesses a strong personal commitment for long-term and meaningful goals.

·        Self-motivated with excellent time and communication skills.

·        Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidential or sensitive information.

·        The ability to multi-task with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·        Demonstrates confidence in their working knowledge and is committed to researching/asking for the answers to find the right solutions for things they do not know yet.
